BioAgent Pleakley, Earth expert for the Galactic Federation. Former.
after the mission to apprehend escaped experiment 626 Pleakley was left marooned on Earth where he's attempting to live a normal life and further his knowledge of Earth's customs and species.
He's mostly failing at both.
Pleakley is a one-eyed, three-legged, highly exciteable, cross dressing alien. He likes; proving his vast knowledge, though he usually has it wrong, wigs, and marvelling at new Earth encounters (from a distance after his experiences with misquitos and sea life).
He's sensitive, quick to freak out and over react, but still a trooper really.
